Part 1

Power on your Device

1. Select your Country or Region and click Yes

2. Select your Keyboard language and click Yes

3. Click Skip at the 'Add second keyboard layout screen'

4. Select your WIFI and enter the password and click Next

5. At this point, the device will check for windows updates, which should take anywhere from 30 secs to 2 minutes

6. Click Accept on the License Agreement

7. If asked to Name your device then please click on Skip for now

8. Click on Set up for work or school and click Next

9. Let's set things up for work or school will appear so please enter your firstname.lastname@ww.com and click Next

10. (New employees only) Make sure you have completed the Okta Verify (Step 1) guide before the next step

11. Enter your WW ID/Okta user name and password and click Sign In

12. Click on Send Push, and accept the push notification on your mobile device, please wait up to 30 secs for the next step

13. Let Microsoft and apps use your Location Yes or No, choose Yes then click Accept

14. Find my Device Yes or No, choose Yes then click Accept

15. Send diagnostic data to Microsoft, please choose Required only and then click Accept

16. Improve inking & typing, choose Yes and click Accept

17. Get tailored experiences with diagnostic data, choose Yes and click Accept

18. Let apps use advertising ID, choose Yes and click Accept

19. After a few brief Intermission screens you will then be asked to use the camera to scan your face to sign in, click on Yes, let the camera scan your face and then click Next when complete (this function depends on the model of laptop you have)

20. You will now by default be asked to Create a pin so please click Next and enter a 6 digit code of your choice twice, (please keep this safe) click Next. You should now see a message saying 'All Set' then click on OK

21. The laptop will now begin to download and install all the WW birthright applications (screenshot below), this means it's time to take a break for around the next 15 to 30 minutes! 

• Please also find a screenshot at the very bottom of this page that shows what is taking place during your break, and your patience in letting this complete correctly before attempting to install any applications manually will reward you in time saved in the overall process

22. You may have to enter your new pin if your computer has restarted during your break

Part 2

Google Chrome

1. Type Google Chrome into the Search field shown above and click on the Google Chrome app option to open Google Chrome

2. The screenshots 1 to 7 below will appear in the order shown below, click on Already a Chrome user? Sign in and you will now be presented with window 2

3. Type in your WW email address and click Next

4. In window 3, enter your FirstName.LastName and the password you created earlier and click Sign in

5. In window 4 click on Select next to Get a Push notification and press Yes on the notification you just received on your mobile from the Okta Verify app

6. In windows 5 click Yes, I'm in then press Continue in window 6 and to finish click on Set as Default in window 7

Part 3

Appgate

1. Type Appgate into the Search field shown above and click on the Appgate app option to open Appgate

2. You will now see the left hand screenshot (1) below so please click on Approve

3. Click on SIGN IN WITH PROVIDER shown in the right hand screenshot (2) below

4. Google Chrome should now open up a new tab where you are required to enter your

5. WW User ID FirstName.LastName and the password you created earlier and click Sign in.

You will now be prompted to authenticate via the Okta Verify app on your mobile
