Corporate/Studio iPad Setup Guide
Start from Step 1 if you need to wipe/reset your iPad first
Start from Step 8 to setup your iPad after it has been wiped/reset
Start from Step 28 to see how to install apps from the HUB app
Open Settings
2. Select General
3. Select Transfer or Reset iPad
4. Select Erase All Content and Settings
5. Select Continue
6. Select Erase iPad
7. Enter the Passcode for This iPad
Device Wipe is now in progress and should be completed in a couple of minutes
8. Power on your iPad
9. Choose your Language
10. Select your Country
11. Click on Set up Manually
12. Choose your Wifi connection
13. Enter the password for your Wifi connection
14. Please wait a minute or two
15. Please wait for another minute or two!
16. Click Next at the top right of this message
17. Enter your Okta username and password
18. Click Select next to Get a push notification
19. Tap Yes, it's me on your Mobile (Okta Verify)
20. Please wait a minute
21. Please wait one more minute!
22. Just one more minute!
23. Enter a Passcode of your choice
24. Enter the same Passcode again
25. Tap on Enable Location Services
26. Please read the notification and click Dismiss
27. Setup is now complete!
28. Tap on the app named HUB
29. Wait a few seconds for HUB to configure
30. Look at the slides or choose Skip
31. Read through the Privacy information and click on I understand
32. Read through the Data Sharing information and click on I Agree
33. Allow Notifications from Hub
34. On the main screen choose Add apps at the bottom
35. Choose the category All Apps
36. Tap Install on the apps you wish to install, if applications are missing reach out to your CX support Team
37. When an Install is in progress it will show Installing
38. Wait a few seconds and the app will download to your Home screen
