Forgotten Password after Leave of Absence (LOA)
Request a new password and/or general help with accessing your Computer after LOA
On any computer or tablet:
1. Goto https://ww.okta.com
2. Click on Need help signing in? (Screenshot 1)
3. Click on Help (Screenshot 2)
4. Click on Request Help (Screenshot 3)
5. Replace your details in the fields where the Red Instructions are in Screenshot 4 and click Send Message which will then log a ticket for IT Support to assist you as quickly as possible
