Create Password / MFA (Okta Verify) setup
Please complete this section first before going back to the Home page to choose your Device type in Step 2 under the New Employee section
Download and set up Okta Verify
On your Mobile device:
Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Store (Android) App may not appear in the same spot as shown in the first screenshot
In the Search Field, type Okta Verify
Download the Okta Verify AppÂ
Tap Open to open the Okta Verify app
Tap Get Started
6. Tap Next
7. Tap Add Account
8. Tap Organization
9. Set the phone aside but keep it open on the far right screen
Create your Okta password
On your computer or tablet:
10. Go to your personal mailbox and look for the email you received from noreply@okta.com (as shown in the 1st screenshot below), please note that the password reset link expires after 24 hours so you will need to request another one by emailing us at onboard@ww.com
11. tap or click on the Reset Password button in the body of the email (as shown in the 1st screenshot below)
12. Enter your new password twice using the guidelines provided (as shown in the 2nd screenshot below)
13. Click on Set up under the Security Question section (as shown in the 3rd screenshot below)
14. Choose a set Security question in the dropdown menu or Create one of your own choice then click on Finish (as shown in the 4th screenshot below)
15. Click Setup under the Okta Verify section (as shown in the 1st screenshot below)
16. Once you see the QR code (as shown in the 2nd screenshot below), please pick up your mobile phone, and tap "Yes, Ready to scan." (as shown in the 3rd screenshot below)
17. Your mobile camera will open (as shown in the 4th screenshot below) and you can now scan the QR code on your Computer screen (as shown in the 4th screenshot below)
18. You are automatically brought to the left hand screen on your mobile and when you click Done you will automatically see the right hand screenshot below appear
19. You can now close your mobile device and move to Step 2 under the New Employee section on the Home page
